Fred Yaitanes:

Fred was born and raised in Stoughton, MA , earned his B.S. from Northeastern University and an M. Ed. from Boston University . He spent 13 years as a teacher at Newton North High School in Newton, MA . While at Newton North, Fred coached 3 sports and, as the head varsity track coach for 6 years, his team won 6 league titles, 3 state championships, and a New England championship. Fred continued his winning ways when he purchased Stoughton Real Estate, which later became Century 21 Marketplace. His Century 21 franchise was an award winning office and frequently honored as a member of the coveted Gold Club, recognizing the top 21 offices throughout New England . In 1989, Nadine joined the firm as a partner. In 2004, Fred and Nadine made another bold move by becoming members of the Keller Williams Realty family.

Nadine Israel:

Nadine was born in Cairo, Egypt. At the age of 7, her family moved to Paris, France, then to the United States, where they settled in New Rochelle, New York . Attending public schools, she learned to speak English, excel academically and compete in athletics. Nadine is a graduate of Hampshire College and studied at The Sorbonne in Paris for her junior year. Nadine speaks fluent French, English, Arabic, and some Spanish and has traveled extensively. Following a successful career as a teacher in Barrington, Rhode Island , she began a real estate career specializing in off site marketing and sales of resort properties, land sales and residential new construction. In 1989, she became a partner with Fred at Century 21 Marketplace. Her philosophy and influence led to doing business by referral in the company, that is, to be the company that people call for all services, not just real estate.

The Fred and Nadine Team:

Fred and Nadine merged their firm with Re/MAX Landmark in 1993, where they were members of the 100% Club consistently and the Platinum Club for the last 2 years of their association. In 2000, they opened their own firm called The Fred and Nadine Team, Realtors, Inc., which enabled them to further strengthen their customer service programs.

In 2004, Fred and Nadine became members of the Keller Williams Realty family. After much research and thought they found that this educationally based company's culture and philosophy was in keeping with theirs. The clients/customers and their needs are always at the core of any decisions made or path taken. Since that time Fred and Nadine have been the #1 agents in an office of 120 sales associates.
